We had a lovely relaxing time at Stone Barn with it’s beautiful decoration and tranquil garden. We were lucky with the weather, having outside afternoon tea and cake and we certainly made use of the hot tub! We were able to visit Dunster, Lynton, Lynmouth and after travelling through the Exmoor National Park came to a great little tearoom called Boeveys which served tasty food at good prices. They have thought of every little finishing detail in the Barn, and we would not have wanted for anything more. We’ve had a most enjoyable few days away.

Beautiful, comfortable and roomy accommodation to welcome in the New Year in a lovely part of Minehead. Instantly felt at home and could not want for anything. Sorry we could not stay longer.

Ideal setting surrounded by quaint white washed cottages yet only 10 minutes from town centre. Luxurious decor and furnishings. Genuinely pet-friendly - secure garden, dog bowls and bedding. Very warm welcome from staff. Some smaller cafes have closed down post Covid. Went in November so some attractions nearby not open. It was a 60th birthday treat for my husband so hoped for something a bit special and we felt very spoiled. Dinner at The Ship Aground was excellent - Hairy Dog was disappointing and not a very nice atmosphere. Creams tea room - highly recommend (even worth waiting for a table). If you do the coastal woodland walk it is very steep.
