We arrived to find the property even nicer than the photos suggested, which was a lovely surprise. Parking was plentifuland the outdoor space with gravel, grass, a big decking areaand a covered porch was perfect for relaxing. Inside, everything was spotless and super comfy. There are lovely walks nearbyand while it's quite secluded, it's only a short drive to Bridgewater and Taunton. The hot tub was great, warming up quickly with fantastic views. Definitely recommend!

After a long 4-hour drive, pulling up at Shepards Linhay was such a relief. From the start, Karen was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hot tub under the stars was just perfectand our dog Arnie absolutely loved every minute of it. We enjoyed lovely walks every day and genuinely think this is one of the best breaks we've had in England. Meeting Karen's daughter was lovely too-wishing her all the best with her gymnastics! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
