Shepherds Linhay is a cedar-clad single-storey barn on a 550-acre working farm on the edge of the Quantock Hills AONB near North Petherton, Taunton, Somerset. Panoramic views across the Somerset Levels can be enjoyed from the decking and bedroom window whatever the weather. It sleeps two and sits tucked away up a private lane genuinely peaceful.
Guests report seeing deer and rabbits every morning and hearing buzzards overhead. Miles of walks start directly from the property through wildlife-filled countryside. Kings Cliff is nearby for shaded walks. Local shops are around a 10-minute drive away and the property is well connected to main roads.

Cheddar Gorge is around 40 minutes away. Hestercombe Gardens is approximately 15 minutes (4 miles). The West Somerset Steam Railway at Bishops Lydeard is around 20 minutes. Taunton town centre is roughly 15 minutes drive.
