We had a lovely stay in the cottage it was nice and clean and met our requirements for the weekend, the hot tub was lovely , however it was listed as private and secluded which it wasnt , the people in the next door cottage were able to see us in the hot tub also people coming to stay in the caravan park could see also, the children in the next door cottage were also at the joining gate between properties which put us off a little bit , other than that we had a great weekend Thankyou

Email instructions re gate code different to code given on slate inside the accommodation. Mobile contact number different health and safety information to what was given to us on arrival Not enough instructions upon use of hot tub and how to turn onoff No information upon emergency contacts or nearest hospitalVet No information upon nearest eating places had to ask for itgoogle it. Although there was some information given upon nearest shoppost office and pub all of which were closed. No written information upon nice walks and where footpaths are. Plenty of teacoffee provided but Not even a welcoming pint of milk on arrival. No welcome from proprietors to check upon how we are doing etc. Key box difficult to open. Cobwebs found around window area and toilet brush was to be desired. Sofa had numerous stains. Despite the above we made the most of our week and went out everyday.
