Nearby attractions include Taunton (8 miles, 15 minutes) with its cricket ground, shops and restaurants. The Somerset coast offers day trips to Watchet and Blue Anchor Bay (both around 40 minutes). Lyme Regis (45 minutes) provides classic seaside fun. North Curry village has a shop/post office, coffee shop and soon-to-reopen pub just minutes away.
