The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner features exposed brick, exposed beams and bi-folding doors. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a Nespresso machine. All three double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and TVs. Zip-and-link beds can convert to twins. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the hallway cupboard.

Outside, a private enclosed courtyard has garden furniture and a private hot tub. A separate lawn area is ideal for children and dogs. Up to three dogs are welcome.
